Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 166-11 91st Avenue in Jamaica, Queens. Located just off Merrick Boulevard, the lot is is closest to the 169th Street subway station, serviced by the E and F trains. Simranjeet Singh of Shalbro Construction Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 74-foot-tall development will yield 18,969 square feet. Components include 10,961 square feet allocated to 17 residential units, 1,537 square feet for a community facility, 300 square feet of indoor recreation space, and 337 square feet of outdoor recreation space. Units will likely be rentals based on the average unit scope of 645 square feet. Enclosed parking is not included, but there is a 30-foot-long rear yard.
Lu Ning Architecture, PLLC is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet for the residential building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
