Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use building at 2605 Snyder Avenue in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between Rogers Avenue and Veronica Place, the interior lot is two blocks from the Church Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Anshel Friedman of Artist Construction LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 74-foot-tall development will yield 43,776 square feet, with 42,522 square feet designated for residential space and 1,254 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 62 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 685 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have 32 enclosed parking spaces.

S. Wieder Architect is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in January of this year for the single-story building on the property. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
