Located between Nostrand and New York Avenues, the interior lot is one block east of the Sterling Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Leo Greenfield, as part of an anonymous partnership, is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 80-foot-tall development will yield 121,819 square feet designated for residential space.   1. From what I’m seeing on the permits the total building size will be 22,706, where are you getting 121,819 from?
