Sales launched this week for a boutique condominium development in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Addressed as 394 Kosciuszko Street, the new five-story building is developed by Pros Development and designed by Allen Shinfeld. The In-House Group is handling sales and marketing for the five units with pricing starting at $949,500.
Floorplans include a one-bedroom garden-style duplex, two floor-through two-bedroom homes, and two two-bedroom triplex penthouses. Residences range from 734 to 1,537 square feet and feature open layouts and a minimum of 125 square feet of private outdoor space.
Additional residential amenities include home offices, floor-to-ceiling windows, gallery-style walls, European white oak flooring, and smart home technology including keyless entry, pre-installed speakers, and an app-controlled package delivery box. Finishes in the chef-style kitchens include back-lit cabinetry, a built-in wine rack, and Bosch and Fisher & Paykel appliances. Homes also have central heating and cooling and a magnetic modular lighting system.
First move-ins will begin in late fall 2021.

Looks like it’s been there forever, or at least since the 1970s.
It’s a nice design. It’s a shame they tore down a brick townhouse for it when there is a vacant lot just 4 doors away.
It looks to me like these were all originally wood frame townhouses (typically with clapboard facades) that have suffered various types of humiliating renovations over the years. They look fairly precarious as well. I doubt that they will ever be considered prime candidates for restoration.
