Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 681 Snediker Avenue in East New York, Brooklyn. Located between Linden Boulevard and New Lots Avenue, the interior lot is near the New Lots Avenue subway station, served by the L train. Hussein Hamade of 681 Snediker LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 60-foot-tall development will yield 15,027 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 23 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 653 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 20-foot-long rear yard.
Ling Li of Li Architect Associate is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet for the single-story structure on the property. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
