Leasing is now underway at 99 Bridge, a new rental property in Old Bridge, New Jersey. From BNE Realty Group, LPZ, and Sterling Properties, the community is located at 99 Old Amboy Road and houses a collection of 150 apartments and lifestyle amenities.

The mix of units includes one- and two-bedroom floorplans, all of which feature nine-foot-tall ceilings, in-unit washers and dryers, stainless-steel appliances, and gas ranges. Select residences also offer private outdoor space.

Amenities include a two-story resident lounge, a fitness center with virtual training equipment, a co-working lounge with private offices, a coffee bar, a children’s playroom, billiards and shuffleboard spaces, a dog run, and a pet spa. Outdoor amenities include a swimming pool, barbecue grills, an outdoor bar with televisions and ample seating, and fire pits. Additional conveniences include Amazon package lockers and on-site parking.

  2. How are there no solar panels on that nice flat roof? why didn’t they cover the parking lot in them as well. This place could have run on zero outside electricity.

    We need to require all buildings integrate solar and energy storage options.

  3. Great job putting a parking lot between the building and street. What a way to screw up something simple.

    I thought this was New York YIMBY not New Jersey YIMBY?

    Also, this subdivision is an awful example of development.
