Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building for seniors at 849 Crotona Park North in Crotona Park East, The Bronx. Located between Marmion Avenue and Waterloo Place, the interior lot is three blocks from the 174th Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Seth Coston of Time Equities Inc. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 58-foot-tall development will yield 11,890 square feet designated for community facility space. The building will have eight residences and room for supportive services. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 32-foot-long rear yard, but no accessory parking.
Cindy Harden of EQ Architecture is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
