Prestige Marketplace has signed a lease for 2,967 square feet of retail space at 4545 Center Boulevard, a 41-story residential tower in Long Island City from developer TF Cornerstone. Prestige Marketplace’s Long Island City location is the first to open in Queens.
“TF Cornerstone’s buildings and large tenant population drew us to Long Island City, specifically 4545 Center Boulevard, and we are confident that Prestige Marketplace will be a great addition to the building and the neighborhood as a whole,” said Bejad Musleh, owner of Prestige Marketplace. “Our store offers a variety of products which include a full line of organic inventory, a deli which offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner, a 24-hour grill, natural juice bar, a salad bar with over 100 toppings to choose from, and much more.”
From interior designer Rami Al-Hijjawi, the inside of the grocery incorporates playful pops of color, bell-framed shelving, and oversized pendant lighting. The store will eventually operate 24/7 and is expecting to debut January 2022.
Steven E. Baker, Thomas Galo, Lee Block, and Jason Stein from Winick Realty Group represented both TFC and Prestige in the execution of the deal.

It’s a bit garish, if you ask me.
Another piece of glass. Density, fine. Uses, fine. Glass……….zzzzzzzz
There’s much worse. At least it’s got a nice curve.
It’s fun. What’s the problem? It’s a retail space not the building lobby.
Please tell me those black panels on the facade aren’t PTACs. I’ve been rejoicing that new construction in NYC has finally grown out of PTACs.
“Prestige” is not the first word that comes to mind.
