UiPath, a global automation software company, is the latest tenant to set up shop at One Vanderbilt, one of the most coveted commercial office towers in Midtown, Manhattan. SL Green Realty, Manhattan’s largest office landlord, closed on the 15-year full-floor lease at the end of September.
UiPath’s new office is located on the tower’s 60th floor and measures 26,363 square feet. UiPath employees will have access to the building’s 30,000-square-foot amenity floor, which includes large meeting spaces, a club-style lounge, an outdoor terrace that faces Grand Central, and dining options.
“One Vanderbilt Avenue is one of those rare buildings that is quickly becoming a New York City icon, and we could not be more excited and prouder about opening our global headquarters in the center of a growing, thriving technology community,” said UiPath chief financial officer, Ashim Gupta. “UiPath continues to grow at a market-leading rate, and we are confident that this new space will expand with us, providing a great place for our team to work and collaborate, and an immersive experience to host customers and partners as we deliver the future of work through automation.”
Standing 1,401 feet tall, One Vanderbilt is the new headquarters for many of the world’s leading finance, technology, law, and real estate firms. The property is also home to Chef Daniel Boulud’s latest culinary venture and SUMMIT, and experiential observatory design by Kenzo Digital.
