Available on NYC Housing Connect are 52 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $58,149 to $192,400.

  2. I promised to pay my rent every month as long it’s Low Income I get from SSI $900.00. Monthly Please need to be near my daughter 11236 I have Multiple Sclerosis need to be around my Only Family Member. I need to please.

    130% of the medium income???. If they want the residents to leave just say so. They should be ashamed of themselves.
