Kushner Real Estate Group has completed phase two of Bay 151, a new rental property in Bayonne, New Jersey, where leasing is now underway. This phase of leasing introduces an additional 213 rentals to the residential community and an expansion of available amenity spaces.
Designed by Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners, the latest collection of residences are located in a new four-story building. Floor plans range from studios to three-bedroom floor plans and include a washer and dryer, designer fixtures and appliances, and central air. Monthly rents are currently priced at $1,910 on the low end with initial occupancy scheduled for January 1, 2022.

Announced in 2020, the first phase of leasing included a collection of 200 apartments. With the second phase of construction completed, residents now have access to more than 65,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor social and recreational spaces. More amenities will be announced as part of the third phase of development.
Today, indoor amenities include a two-story fitness center, a yoga room with on-demand virtual instruction, multiple lounges, a billiards room, a library, co-working spaces, a children’s playroom, and a business center with individual workstations and a conference room. Outdoor amenities include a large swimming pool, dog runs, a controlled-access parking deck with electric vehicle charging stations, and a communal terrace with BBQ grills and outdoor dining areas.
Prospective tenants are now invited to visit the property’s curated model apartments.
