Designed by HWKN Architecture and Handel Architects and developed by Kushner Real Estate Group and National Real Estate Advisors, the structure will yield 600 rental apartments on a plot bound by Pavonia Avenue to the north and Summit Avenue to the east. Tower 3 will feature the same architectural design as its siblings, with a tight window grid and white paneling, and will stand as the second-tallest in the group.
