Located between Bond Street and the Gowanus Canal, the lot is situated between the Bergen Street subway station, serviced by the F and G trains, and the Union Street station, serviced by the R train. John Usdan of Midwood Investment & Development is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 225-foot-tall development will yield 241,789 square feet, with 225,767 square feet designated for residential space and 16,022 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 270 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 836 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have 54 enclosed parking spaces.
