Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use building at 333 Linden Boulevard in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between Nostrand Avenue and New York Avenue, the lot is near the Winthrop Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Charles Wurzberger of Cando Capital One LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 74-foot-tall development will yield 28,757 square feet, with 27,389 square feet designated for residential space and 1,368 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 41 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 668 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also a 42-foot-long rear yard and 12 open parking spaces.
S. Wieder Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet for the residential building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

Looks like more concrete and less trees and green space. There is nothing wrong with building a new structure but loosing more climate change mitigating vegetation should not be done.
