A rendering has been revealed in time for the marketing launch of One Archer, a 23-story mixed-use residential tower in Downtown Jamaica, Queens. Located at 92-27 160th Street, the ground-up development will house 315 rental units with 95 residences designated as affordable housing. Developed by Archer 1 LLC and designed by Hill West Architects, with Corcoran New Development as the exclusive marketing and leasing agent, the structure will rise over over the intersection of Archer Avenue and 160th Street.
Additional components include 22,000 square feet of retail space in the base, as well as a 178-vehicle indoor parking garage.
Renderings depict a masonry and glass façade, with the exterior of the base delineated by vertical stripes in warm reddish tones.
Interiors are designed by Whitehall Interiors and feature a 23,000-square-foot indoor and outdoor amenity package with a double-height lobby, package concierge, state-of-the-art fitness center, co-working space, a game room, dog wash, and a party room. Residents will also have access to a landscaped rooftop deck that has panoramic views from the Rockaways to Midtown, Manhattan and a full-floor penthouse amenity space on the 23rd story, with various lounge and entertaining areas.
The E, J, and Z lines are within walking distance at the Jamaica subway station, as well as the Long Island Railroad and the AirTrain to JFK Airport.
Marketing is expected to begin in early 2022 with move-ins shortly thereafter.

Nice!
Love all these towers around Jamaica station. And there’s plenty of room, and demand, for more.
This looks pretty good.
