Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 119 East 22nd Street in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located near the intersection of Duryea Place and East 22nd Street, the lot is near the Beverly Road subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. JJ Bistricer of Clipper Equity is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 74-foot-tall development will yield 248,012 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 351 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 706 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 30-foot-long rear yard, and 228 enclosed parking spaces.
S. Wieder Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

Too small. This should be a 30 story with 50% working class/affordable
