Permits have been filed for an eight-story residential building at 2112 Avenue P in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn. Located between East 21st and 22nd Streets, the lot is closest to the Kings Highway subway station, serviced by the B and Q trains. Jacob Hirsch of JIH Builders Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 84-foot-tall development will yield 32,000 square feet, with 31,749 square feet designated for residential space and 251 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 47 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 675 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 30-foot-long rear yard.
S. Wieder Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

This is nowhere near Sheepshead Bay. It’s Flatbush or Midwood.
