Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 51 Franklin Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Located between Park Avenue and Flushing Avenue, the lot is within walking distance of the Flushing Avenue subway station, serviced by the G train. Zelig Weiss of Riverside Developers is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 70-foot-tall development will yield 115,580 square feet designated for residential space. The concrete-based structure will also have 40 residences, a cellar, and 20 enclosed parking spaces.
Daniel Condatore, RA is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

This is nowhere near Flushing Ave. Another day, another very obvious error in a YIMBY post they won’t bother to correct. At this point I’m convinced “Vanessa Londono” is the name of a primitive AI that spits out formulaic and frequently faulty posts every time there is a new DOB permit filed. Don’t trust anything you read here.
