  1. Alzehemiers……? I’d have a nervous breakdown living with the decorative finishes…..and a heart attack from the monthly rent for a “studio”! Not healthy to live there.

  2. First, the monthly rates for these apts. sound like elder abuse! It’s a shame someone dealing with Alzheimer’s is being charged almost $10k more than someone who can care for themselves. 😔 Why?!

As for the interior finishes, it looks like the developer? or designer? decided “mish-mash” is best suited! 😝🤣😂

A useless building which will eventually be converted to luxury apartments. They tore down beautiful townhouses on this site to further erode what little is left of old Yorkville.

    • ??? This is a new building with it’s faux mansard?! One would have thought it was the rehabilitation of an older structure. New construction should have been better designed for a premium corner location.

I predict the Bristal assisted living building will remain mostly vacant. If a senior citizen could afford $12,800 monthly rent (plus additional charges and annual increases) then I’m sure they wouldn’t want to live in a tiny 325 square foot room. It makes more sense to stay in your own apartment and hire a personal assistant which would cost a lot less then get gouged for $12,800+ a month. Also, there is always a great risk of catching a virus (i.e. COVID-19) in any communal living arrangement which shares common areas and dining rooms.

    • I predict 100% occupancy. So many don’t want their parents living with them. They are spoiled. 100% booked with waiting list

  5. Better to go Vegas, go down for buffet once in awhile, send for nursing stripper , 7500 a month
