Located between Nevins Street and Third Avenue, the lot is two blocks from the Union Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Abe Lipton is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 70-foot-tall development will yield 22,953 square feet designated for residential space.
