Permits have been filed for a three-story manufacturing building at 2706 West 16th Street in Coney Island, Brooklyn. Located between Neptune Avenue and Hart Place, the lot is near the Neptune Avenue subway station, served by the F train. Pavel Maslov is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 66-foot-tall development will yield 10,960 square feet designated for manufacturing space. The steel-based structure will also have a penthouse office and a 20-foot-long rear yard.
Okan Oncel of POP Architecture DPC is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
