Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 155 Beach 115th Street in Rockaway Park, Queens. Located between Rockaway Beach Boulevard and Ocean Promenade Belle Harbor, the lot is one block from the Rockaway Park-Beach 116 Street subway station, serviced by the A train. Abraham Caller of Marcal Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 80-foot-tall development will yield 100,486 square feet, with 84,565 square feet designated for residential space and 15,921 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 76 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,112 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and 39 enclosed parking spaces.

Fischer Makooi Architects is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
