Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use building at 2070 Chatterton Avenue in Castle Hill, The Bronx. Located between Pugsley Avenue and Olmstead Avenue, the lot is near the Castle Hill Avenue subway station, serviced by the 6 train. Guido Subotovsky under the Azimuth Development Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 75-foot-tall development will yield 12,747 square feet designated for commercial space. The building will have 65 rooms, with an average unit scope of 196 square feet making it most likely a hotel. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 42-foot-long rear yard, and 98 enclosed parking spaces.
Aufgang Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
