Permits have been filed for a nine-story residential building at 2892 Nostrand Avenue in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn. Located between Kings Highway and Avenue P, the lot is closest to the Kings Highway subway station, serviced by the B and Q trains. Igor Vaysman under Mike Rose Realty LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 95-foot-tall development will yield 33,257 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 32 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,039 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a 45-foot-long rear yard and 14 open parking spaces.
Archimaera Architecture is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
