Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 641 East 28th Street in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between Flatbush Avenue and Farragut Road, the lot is near the Newkirk Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. David Sinay is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 74-foot-tall development will yield 24,148 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 36 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 670 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 36-foot-long rear yard.
S. Wieder Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in November 2020. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
