Designed by Joseph Giannetti Architect and developed by Rey Nieto, the structure yields 12 residences and enclosed parking for 11 vehicles. Available on NYC Housing Connect are four units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $58,286 to $187,330.
Amenities include assigned parking and a shared laundry room. Tenants are responsible for electricity and gas.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there is one one-bedroom with a monthly rent of $1,700 for incomes ranging from $58,286 to $156,130 and three two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,900 for incomes ranging from $65,143 to $187,330.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than July 14, 2022.
