Development Marketing Team is handling marketing for the mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom floorplans ranging from 400 to 1,100 square feet. Pricing starts at $3,200 per month, move-ins have already begun.

Co-working spaces were designed by office design company ROOM and feature designated meeting pods with built-in monitors for video calls, ultra-quiet ventilation, soundproofing, and power boxes.
