Designed by Angelo Ng and Anthony Ng Architects Studio and developed by Yao Zhang under the 1397 Myrtle LLC, the structure yields 49 residences, 34 enclosed parking spaces, ground-floor commercial space, and community facility space on the second floor. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 15 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $66,000 to $187,330.
Amenities include pet-friendly policies, gated access, security cameras, package lockers, elevator, and multiple terraces including a rooftop terrace. Residences come equipped with dishwashers, air conditioning, hardwood floors, either patios or balconies, and name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes. Tenants are responsible for electricity.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are two studios with a monthly rent of $1,925 for incomes ranging from $66,000 to $138,840; ten one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,970 for incomes ranging from $67,543 to $156,130; and three two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,425 for incomes ranging from $83,143 to $187,330.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than September 12, 2022.
