I beg your pardon but, what planet are you from Yimby Realtors?🤔
Listing your properties as affordable housing?!?!!!
These prices are by NO MEANS AFFORDABLE TO MOST LOW INCOME PEOPLE, OR SENIOR CITIZENS ON A FIXED BUDGET?

  2. How do I apply for this building

  3. For the love of…do not do backsplashes like that. Either continue it/fill out the entire wall or don’t bother.

  4. STOP CALLING THIS AFFORDABLE HOUSING!
THIS IS INCOME LINKED HOUSING AND ONLY AFFORDABLE TO UPPER INCOME PEOPLE.
THIS IS A JOKE AND A TAXPAYER SUBSIDY TO MILLIONAIRE DEVELOPERS.
