LMXD, an affiliate of L+M Development Partners, has revealed new photos of amenity spaces at Stella, a recently completed rental property in New Rochelle. Located at 10 Lecount Place, the property was developed in partnership by LMXD and Wilder Balter Partners, Inc. with design by Beyer Blinder Belle.
Stella’s 308 units range from studios up to two-bedroom floor plans and are accompanied by a lush assortment of amenities including an outdoor roof deck with a pool, barbecue grills, dining tables, and lounge chairs. There’s also a rooftop bar and lounge with a widescreen television and a pool table, a chef demonstration kitchen, a garden room for a respite in nature, a children’s playroom, a pet spa and designated play area, and a 3,000-square-foot fitness center.
Additional services include a co-working lounge, bicycle storage, an on-site covered parking garage, and a lobby-level coffee shop.
So far, more than 80 percent of apartments at Stella have been leased. Rent for the remaining studios are priced at $2,206. The most premium unit, a two-bedroom penthouse is available for $4,283.
