Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 150 Erasmus Street in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between Rogers Avenue and Nostrand Avenue, the lot is near the Church Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Jacob Hirsch of JIH Builders Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 21,952 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 32 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 686 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 30-foot-long rear yard, eight open parking spaces, and eight enclosed parking spaces.

S. Wieder Architect is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
