Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 2150 Clinton Avenue in Belmont, The Bronx. Located between East 181st Street and East 182nd Street, the lot is near the West Farms Square East-Tremont Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Zev Mayer of Skyrock NYC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 68-foot-tall development will yield 23,478 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 36 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 652 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 30-foot-long rear yard, and 11 enclosed parking spaces.
Boaz M. Golani Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
