Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 368 Leonard Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between Meeker Avenue and Withers Street, the lot is near the Metropolitan Avenue-Lorimer Street subway station, serviced by the G and L trains. David Halberstam of Bruklyn Builders Inc. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 6,713 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 10 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 671 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 31-foot-long rear yard.
Sander Williams Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
