Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 625 New York Avenue in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn. Located between Rutland Road and Fenimore Street, the lot is near the Winthrop Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Nigel Boyden of Crox Dale Real Estate is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 75-foot-tall development will yield 43,380 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 45 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 964 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and 28 enclosed parking spaces.

John Sunwoo of Palette Architect is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

  1. I wish garden centers like this weren’t so vulnerable to development because I love seeing and having them. Hopefully it can relocate close by.
