  1. Just so out of scale for this neighborhood.

    • Would 100 feet… 200 feet shorter…? Would that have made a difference to you?

      • Its 850 feet, equivalent to an 85 story building. This would be the tallest building in pretty much every US city. A 300-400 foot building tops would have been more appropriate for the neighborhood.

Tall and beautiful that separated from the crowd of buildings, the most obvious is the top part which can be seen from a distance. For amenities and sales it’s all good, that must be there because of the utilization: Thank you.

  3. The fact that Sutton Tower is a relatively slender tower helps. But it still overshadows the vintage buildings in that immediate area. On the other hand, it does offer so much more in amenities and services than it’s neighbors.

  4. Glad to see this one join her
“BIG BROTHER” aka 432 Park! 🤗😍

  5. Just another d-bag storage locker.

  6. Conservatively handsome. A tasteful addition to the neighborhood.

  7. Will probably soon be joined by other tall bldgs. This is mid-Manhattan after all.
