Hilton will debut its first-ever Tempo-branded hotel at the new TSX Broadway at 1568 Broadway in Times Square, Manhattan. L&L Holding Company and Fortress Investment Group, the owners and developers of the TSX Broadway building, also led development of the new hotel.
Formally known as Tempo by Hilton, the hotel is designed by WATG with Mancini Duffy. The property will feature 661 rooms and a small collection of amenity spaces spread across 36 floors of the building. Amenities will include a fitness center and an 11th-floor open-sky lobby with coworking spaces. Additional spaces include a signature restaurant, a bar and lounge, and an outdoor dining terrace overlooking Times Square.

Each room will offer a dedicated “Get Ready Zone” for organization or working, a bathroom with Bluetooth speakers, toiletries by Apotheke, and full-height windows with views of Times Square. There will also be a small collection of wellness guestrooms featuring a Peloton spin bike and products from Therabody for a more private workout.
Hotel guests will also have access to entertainment and performance programming onsite from TSX Entertainment, a newly launched entertainment and technology platform, available only at TSX Broadway.

The property is expected to open in 2023.
