Construction is finishing up on 510 Driggs Avenue, a six-story residential building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by Woods Bagot and developed by Northlink Capital, the 79,500-square-foot structure will yield 44 units ranging from studios to four-bedroom layouts with sales led by The Serhant Team of Nest Seekers Development Marketing. The development will also yield 12,820 square feet of commercial space. Ray Builders is the general contractor for the property, which is located at the intersection of Driggs Avenue and North 8th Street.
Recent photos show the completed look of the building’s upper levels. The structure features a distinctive design with white brick surrounding an irregular grid of windows with an alternating pattern of protruding and recessed black frames. The corner of the building features cutaway terraces, and the top level is clad in a glass curtain wall. The rendering shows the landscaping on the roof level and hanging greenery at the top of the brick volume.
Sidewalk scaffolding still surrounds the ground floor as construction wraps up.
Residences come with European white oak floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, open-concept layouts, in-unit washers and dryers from LG or Miele, and private balconies or terraces. Kitchens are finished with honed Grigio Pearl marble countertops, custom cabinets, eat-in peninsulas or islands, and Miele appliances. Bathrooms have custom vanities, marble flooring, and Toto toilets.
The outdoor rooftop terrace will be equipped with grilling stations and private cabanas. The lack of any tall buildings in the vicinity will provide residents with abundant natural lighting and views over the neighborhood. Other on-site amenities include a fitness center and a multi-purpose lounge with a kitchen and coffee bar, all of which connect to an adjacent landscaped courtyard. The L train is conveniently located to the south of the property.
510 Driggs Avenue should likely wrap up construction by the end of the year or early 2023 at the very latest.

Looks good.
Walk by this all the time looks great, cant wait for the dangly plants to grow in! (lol)
Looks better than the rendering. It’s a little busy, but overall very nice.
This looks pretty solid. Just don’t add the greenery to the building.
Great photos of the building! But unsure of the hanging plants. Trying to make it look like something you’d see in Singapore
