Construction nears completion on NX, a six-story residential building at 215 North 10th Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects and developed and built by Largo, the structure yields 31 condominium units in one- to three-bedroom layouts with sales and marketing led by Compass Development Marketing Group. The property is located at the intersection of Roebling Street and North 10th Street.

Recent photos show the completed look of the exterior, which features a mix of exposed steel elements and light-colored brick surrounding floor-to-ceiling windows, a design nod to Williamsburg’s characteristic row homes and industrial buildings. There are several recessed terraces lined with glass and metal railings, and the sixth floor is partially set back with larger outdoor terraces and rooftop space. The only remaining exterior work is focused on the ground floor, where some finishing touches are underway.

Homes are outfitted with hardwood flooring, 10-foot-high ceiling spans, and designer fixtures and appliances. A select few residences include breakfast nooks, separate offices, walk-in pantries, and dressing rooms. The majority of the condominiums come with private outdoor spaces.

Residential amenities include a landscaped sun roof with lounge areas, a full-sized shuffleboard court, outdoor grills and kitchens, communal dining spaces, and bar seating; a fitness center equipped with Peloton, Tonal, and Mirror equipment; a climate-controlled storage room; a 24/7 attended lobby; and an on-site parking garage. The nearest subway is the L train at the Bedford Avenue station to the southwest at the corner of Driggs Avenue and North 7th Street.

Exterior work on 215 North 10th Street should be done in the coming weeks.

  1. Smart design, good floor plans (check website and streeteasy)….it’s almost sold out. If only the Chicago streets were filled with bright delightful buildings with terraces like this instead of the brick bunkers that are filling sidestreets.

That comes to beautiful exterior under the control of developer, a piece of material on it becomes shown. So no problem comes up with viewed, I will be able to admire when the design appears work on light-colored brick: Thanks to Michael Young.

  3. This is very nice, think it’s a tasteful combination of glass, brick, and steel. Reminds me of something close to an office in LA that I traveled to regularly, and thought looked like such a pleasant place to live.

  4. Very very nice
