The proposed 179-foot-tall development will yield 49,463 square feet, with 41,843 square feet designated for residential space, 7,070 square feet for commercial space, and 550 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 56 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 747 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and 39 enclosed parking spaces.
