  1. So is the whole Bowen Center being demolished?

    • Each passing year, one and two floor buildings are becoming more endangered; it is only matter of time before Manhattan’s infrastructure collapses with so many structures go up and up.

    • We are desperately in need of new housing in NYC – the only way to solve the housing crisis is to build more. This area can easily handle the density. It is located between 2 major subway lines and on a corner served by many buses. I hope there is no parking as part of this project. Parking is a relic that needs to be replaced by housing, bike parking, public transit accommodations. The Health Center will be retained in the new space. I live 2 blocks away and see homeless people in the area every day. More housing will help all.

  2. This architect is the principal at think! And think! does good work so I think this is going to be a good looking project.
