What a terrible neighbor.
Yeah this sucks. For once I agree with that guesser curmudgeon… Greed, greed, greed.
THIS ISN’T AFFORDABLE HOUSING THIS IS INCOME LINKED HOUSING AND ONLY AFFORDABLE TO UPPER INCOME PEOPLE, NOT THE LOW INCOME PEOPLE OF THIS NEIGHBORHOOD.
THIS IS A JOKE AND A TAXPAYER SUBSIDY TO MILLIONAIRE DEVELOPERS.
421A IS DEAD AS OF JUNE SO THIS HAS STOPPED

the developer built out almost the entire lot and what we have is an out of context skinny piece of crap building blocking both neighbors sunlight and view.
So sad and all because of greed , greed, greed.
This a good looking building in the wrong place, it should have been built around the corner! If they were going to kill the classical mini-row, the least they could have done would be to take its lot-line neighbor our of its misery
with that required income, i rather live in brooklyn heights or southslope, forthamilton, that area is hood all the way, those who choose to live around there will definitely find out, its amazing how they can build high income units in low income areas and a lot of them, but choose not to build low income housing in better off to do neighborhoods, politicians and developers go hand in hand
