Construction is nearing completion at Citizen Bayonne, a new 252-unit waterfront rental property in Bayonne, New Jersey. The property is located at 155 Goldsborough Drive and is the latest project from Accurate, a local developer based in Edison, New Jersey.
Designed to compete with similar properties in the area, the building features a large collection of amenities including a fitness center, a communal lounge, coworking spaces, a smart package room, bike storage, and a covered parking garage with electric vehicle charging stations. Tenants will also have access to landscaped outdoor spaces designed by Melillo & Bauer including a courtyard with barbecue grills, lounge seating, fire pits, foosball table, and dining space. As an added service, the developer will provide a complimentary shuttle to the Grove Street PATH station.
Available homes range from studios up to two-bedroom floor plans, and come with 9-foot ceiling spans, complimentary window treatments, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The design team for the property includes architects Devereaux & Associates and interiors studio H&H Designers.
Leasing and applications are currently open for available units beginning at $2,230 for a one-bedroom unit.
