Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use building at 2508 Foster Avenue in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of Foster Avenue and Flatbush Avenue, the lot is a couple blocks from the Newkirk Avenue-Little Haiti subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Samuel Landau under the 311 Jefferson Street LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 73-foot-tall development will yield 45,821 square feet, with 40,140 square feet designated for residential space and 5,681 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 55 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 729 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 34-foot-long rear yard, and two enclosed parking spaces.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
