Demolition permits have been filed for four buildings at 413-421 Ninth Avenue in Midtown West, Manhattan. The assembly of three four-story buildings and one two-story building is owned by Amit Patel of Cove Property Group under the CBP Hudson Avenue Owner LLC.

Located between West 33rd and West 34th Streets, the site has 100 feet of street frontage. No plans have been reported for the 9,480-square-foot lot.

413-421 Ninth Avenue is two blocks from the 34 Street-Hudson Yards subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Also nearby is the 34 Street-Penn Station, serviced by the A, C, and E trains.

Ancora Engineering is listed as the applicant of record.

    cold, sterile, block after block of generic glass towers, without any streetwise?
