Sage Realty has announced a membership-based amenity program in select office properties owned and operated by the William Kaufman Organization. The Oasis-branded program will first debut at 437 Madison Avenue and 767 Third Avenue, two high-rise commercial buildings in Midtown East, Manhattan.

While many of these spaces were already completed when Sage and its design partners completed major capital improvement projects at both buildings, tenants who subscribe to the amenity program will now have the flexibility to access spaces and services offered throughout the expanding Oasis portfolio.

“Outside of coworking companies, Sage is the first office landlord in NYC to introduce this ‘campus-style’ amenity concept,” said Jonathan Iger, CEO of Sage. “Our goal with Oasis is to offer our tenants the spaces needed to achieve the ultimate work-life balance while allowing for the flexibility to access our properties for different functions.”

Set to launch early next year, 437 Madison Avenue’s Oasis will feature a winter garden, a café, a communal lounge and library, a terrace garden, a breakout studio for small gatherings, and a meditation studio. The 40-story building will also offer a flexible event space for large gatherings branded as The Forum.

Sage is also on target to launch Oasis at 767 Third Avenue, a 40-story office tower between East 47th and 48th Streets. Available amenity spaces would also include a terrace garden with a film screening area, a cafe, a tenants’ lounge, a library, several meeting rooms for all types of business and casual gatherings, and a catering kitchen.

The next phase will introduce the Oasis program to 77 Water Street with a similar collection of amenities.
