CompletePlayground, a new nonprofit organization, will open its first family activity center at 30 Broad Street. The 40,000-square-foot underground playground is designed to accommodate children of all abilities, including those with special needs. The playground will occupy a portion of New York Sports Club’s former Financial District location.
Spanning two floors, the ground level will include multiple access points on Broad Street, Exchange Place, and New Street. The second floor will feature 20-foot ceiling spans, an indoor gymnasium, and activity spaces for dance classes, miniature rock climbing, gymnastics, birthday parties, and more.
The CompletePlayground lease was negotiated for a 15-year term. Colliers represented building owners Tribeca Associates in the lease transaction. The project team as not confirmed when the activity center will open.

This is so very cool! Hopefully kids from all parts of the City, maybe as school field trips, will be able to enjoy something fun and different that doesn’t involve their phone.
Yes,this is great..but “Underground Family Activity Center” sounds like a spy ring.
