Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 101-01 Jamaica Avenue in Richmond Hill, Queens. Located between 101st Street and 102nd Street, the lot is one block west of the 104th Street subway station, serviced by the J and Z trains. Ansar Mussaleen under the 101 Jamaica LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 38-foot-tall development will yield 16,187 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 20 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 809 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar, a 54-foot-long rear yard, and 12 open parking spaces.

Jacqueline Velez of JMV Architect is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
