Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $72,000 to $156,130.

Amenities include a shared laundry room and pet-friendly policies. Units come with dishwashers, energy-efficient appliances, air conditioning, hardwood floors, patios or balconies, and name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes. Tenants are responsible for electricity.
