Designed by DXA Studio and developed by Quinlan Development Group, the structure yields 138 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 42 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $92,572 to $187,330.

Residences come with open plan layouts, floor-to-ceiling windows, wide-plank hardwood floors, keyless smart lock entry systems, central heating and cooling, in-unit washers and dryers, and private balconies or terraces for select units.

Amenities include an attended lobby with package room, private resident storage, indoor parking garage, common area Wi-Fi, coworking lounge, fitness center with yoga/movement studio, party room with wet bar and kitchenette, and an outdoor gaming terrace with billiards and shuffleboard. The 17th level of Parish House will hold the Penthouse Sunset Lounge, which features multiple lounging and socializing areas and leads to a landscaped deck with outdoor lounging, grilling stations, and dining areas. There is also a residents-only private park space located directly on the corner of Willoughby and Classon Avenues.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are three one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,700 for incomes ranging from $92,572 to $156,130; 33 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,800 for incomes ranging from $96,000 to $156,130; and six two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,400 for incomes ranging from $116,572 to $187,330.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than April 28, 2023.

    This is an absolute sad joke to call this AFFORDABLE HOUSING!
    This is INCOME LINKED HOUSING and only affordable to high income people , not the low income people that need this housing.
    This is a taxpayer subsidy to millionaire developers.
    421A is dead and this developer give away has stopped.

  3. This is a slap in the face to all the residents in District 35 where we lost businesses this us dye to the failed leadership in this community I know who I am not voting for.
