Sterling Town Equities has revealed renderings for a pair of townhomes at 535 and 537 Pacific Street in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. Designed by Workshop/APD and Issac & Stern Architects, the building was completed in 2022 and debuted as Post House with 41 condominiums.
The condominium component is addressed as 533 Pacific Street, but exists alongside the townhomes as a unified structure.
Upon entering the townhomes, residents are greeted by a double-height vestibule and a grand staircase that leads to spacious parlor floors with gas a fireplace and chevron-patterned white oak flooring that leads outdoor terrace with a barbecue grill. There are also generously sized chef kitchens and dining areas designed to create the feeling of a large family residence.
“The inspiration for the project came from the history of the previously existing building, which was a US Post Office established in 1925,” said Brook Quach of Workshop/APD. “We tried to highlight the classical architecture that was on the outside of the building with its arched windows and ornate brickwork.”
Quach goes on to explain that the curving geometric shapes seen throughout out the building, as well as its façade, were inspired by this history and suggest the seal flap of an envelope.
Townhome owners will have access to the entire suite of amenity spaces in the building. This includes a residents’ lounge with a greenhouse that opens into a private courtyard, a fitness center with changing rooms and a sauna, a children’s playroom, a “maker’s room” for arts and crafts, and a pet spa. Perched atop the building is a landscaped roof deck with an outdoor gym, ample seating, and dining areas.
Sales for the condominium units launched in May 2022 and earlier this month for the townhomes.

Wherever I look it’s beautiful and the most exciting I give a thumps up on interior, according to history with arches and bricks. If I could see with my own eyes, it must be very beautiful as I am interested to view that at New York YIMBY: Thanks.
Love those three arches in the first render 😍
